Return Policy
General Return Window
ERyde Supplies accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible products. To be eligible for a standard return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be:

Unopened with all original packaging, accessories, and materials included
Items that are opened, used, damaged by misuse, or not in their original condition may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a partial refund and restocking fee of 30% at our discretion.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (unused and unopened items), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non‑refundable.Defective or Faulty Equipment
Defective Equipment
If equipment is defective or defunct due to a manufacturing issue, contact ERyde Supplies as soon as possible with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos if available.

Once confirmed as a manufacturing defect, ERyde Supplies will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

We may request that the defective item be returned or safely disposed of before a replacement is issued. If we do request a defective item be returned, ERyde Supplies will cover the cost of shipping.
Damage During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, notify ERyde Supplies promptly upon delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

After review, we will arrange a return or claim as required and provide a replacement product.

Follow any instructions provided regarding return of the damaged item or packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method for the product price (excluding original shipping charges, unless required by law).
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions and Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as “final sale” or “non‑returnable.” These items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged in transit, as required by applicable law.
