Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address you provide.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Standard Returns (Unused and Unopened)

Eryde Supplies accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs for standard returns.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the product price, excluding original shipping charges unless required by law.

6.2 Defective Equipment (Manufacturing Issues)

If equipment is defunct or defective due to a manufacturing issue, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if available.
Once confirmed as a manufacturing defect, Eryde Supplies will provide a replacement at no additional cost, which may include covering return shipping or providing alternative arrangements as instructed.

6.3 Damage During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, notify us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
We may ask you to return the damaged product or packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement product; additional details or steps may be required depending on the carrier’s claim process.

6.4 Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale or non‑returnable. These items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged in transit, as required by applicable law.

7. Use of the Website

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, accounts, or systems connected to the site.
